• No outside food/drinks allowed except cake.
• More food and drinks can be ordered here.
• Minimum 48 hours notice required for all reservations.
• Online reservations are NOT guaranteed to be available.  Please call 210-946-9800 to check availability.
• $100 Deposit required for all reservations.
• 50% of deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation must be 10 days before the date of the party for 50% refund.
• We recommend avoiding the weekend crowd by booking a weekday party.
• Signed Waivers are required for all jumpers. Those under 18 years old required parent/guardian signature.
• No jean shorts/pants or sharp objects on jumpers. Only active wear.

$100 deposit required for all party reservations. Party rooms are not guaranteed without a deposit. Party date and time requested does not mean it is available.

Cancellation Policy:
50% of your deposit is automatically non refundable.
You must notify Amazing Jump at least 10 days before the date of our party in order to receive 50% of your deposit. Amazing jump will NOT refund your deposit if cancellation is made with less than 10 days notice. 
Amazing Jump does not accept checks to pay off the party balance.
The facility is age separated and will require all jumpers to jump in their designated areas.
It is party parents responsibility to let all jumpers know our dress code policy. Athletic clothing only. No exceptions. If jumpers are not in dress code, unfortunately they will not be able to jump.
All jumpers are required to have an injury waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
